1. Vicente 🇬🇧 🇪🇸 🇵🇹

Vicente is an experienced and dedicated motorcycle instructor, with over twenty-five years of motorcycling experience across Europe. His coaching style is calm, patient and highly respectful, which helps learners relax and make steady progress, whether it’s a first-time CBT or a return to riding after a break. He is particularly strong at explaining techniques clearly and keeping training well paced, so riders leave feeling confident and supported. Vicente speaks Spanish, Portuguese and English fluently.

2. Raschid Karim 🇬🇧

Raschid Karim, also known to many riders as Karim, is an experienced motorcycle instructor and an enthusiastic motorcyclist who genuinely enjoys helping people learn. He’s focused, attentive and clear in the way he teaches, making sure riders understand the ‘why’ as well as the ‘how’ – from slow-speed control to safe decision-making out on the road. Karim is supportive and straightforward in his coaching, which many learners find reassuring when they’re building confidence. He teaches in English.

3. Angelo 🇮🇹 🇬🇧

Angelo is an experienced teacher with an impressive multi-disciplinary teaching background. He is a talented motorcycle instructor and a diligent rider. He speaks Italian and English.

4. Rodrigo 🇵🇹 🇮🇹 🇬🇧

Rodrigo is a talented and highly patient motorcycle instructor, well known for his supportive, learner-friendly approach. He breaks skills down into simple steps, explains them clearly, and gives calm, practical feedback that helps riders improve quickly without feeling rushed. Trainees repeatedly describe Rodrigo as polite, helpful and immensely supportive, and many riders recommend asking for him specifically. Rodrigo speaks Portuguese, Italian and English, which can make training far more comfortable for riders who prefer to learn in their first language.

5. Jorge Gaspar 🇬🇧 🇫🇷 🇪🇸 🇵🇹

Jorge Gaspar is a very experienced and enthusiastic motorcycle instructor who’s passionate about helping riders become safe, confident and capable. He’s brilliant at spotting small errors early and helping riders correct them immediately, in a calm and constructive way. Many learners describe Jorge as personable and reassuring, creating a relaxed atmosphere while keeping standards high – exactly what you want for Compulsory Basic Training (CBT). Jorge speaks French, Spanish, Portuguese and English fluently.

6. Sean 🇱🇰 🇬🇧

Sean is a very experienced instructor delivering CBT, DAS, ERS and advanced training, and he’s known for running organised, smooth sessions that build real riding independence. His coaching on the road is clear and confidence-building, with a strong focus on safe habits, observation, positioning and decision-making. Riders often mention Sean’s friendly manner and his ability to help trainees correct mistakes calmly and effectively, even when they start with no riding experience. Sean speaks Sinhala and English fluently.

7. Ryan 🇬🇧

Ryan is a passionate motorcyclist and a very talented and experienced instructor who is able to teach at all levels of riding. He speaks English.

8. Disraeli 🇬🇧 🇪🇸 🇵🇹

Disraeli is an experienced motorcycle instructor. He holds a Doctorate, Masters and Bachelor degree. His multi-disciplinary teaching background span across psychology, sociology, anthropology, theology, management and business. He speaks Spanish, English and Portuguese fluently.

9. Paul Bowen 🇬🇧

Paul Bowen is a senior qualified motorcycle instructor. Paul has been teaching for decades, and has proudly assisted thousands of cosmopolitan London rider’s in their respective motorcycling journey. He speaks English.

10. Syed 🇦🇫 🇮🇳 🇵🇰 🇬🇧

Syed is an experienced motorcycle instructors, known for a calm, focused approach and a real eye for detail. He takes the time to understand each rider, adapting the session to their needs so they leave feeling confident, supported and safe. Syed is also passionate about giving back and takes pride in helping riders from the communities he represents, making training accessible and welcoming for everyone. He is fluent in Farsi, Hindi, Urdu, Punjabi, Gujarati and English, which is a huge help for students who feel more comfortable learning in their first language.

11. Asad 🇮🇳 🇵🇰 🇬🇧

Asad is a very experienced, fully qualified motorcycle instructor who brings a patient, attentive and highly professional style to every session. He’s brilliant at building confidence in newer riders while still challenging more experienced learners to sharpen their skills and judgement. Asad is strongly community-minded and is always keen to support and encourage riders from the communities he represents, helping them progress with clear guidance and steady reassurance. He speaks Hindi, Urdu, Punjabi, Gujarati and English fluently, helping many students feel understood and at ease from the very start.

12. Antonio 🇮🇹 🇪🇸 🇬🇧 is

Antonio is an experienced motorcycle instructor and an advanced rider whose real-world road experience is genuinely global. He has ridden across five continents and travelled through almost thirty countries by motorcycle, which gives him a calm, practical perspective on roadcraft, observation and hazard awareness. Antonio’s coaching is clear and supportive, helping riders build safe habits and confidence whether they’re learning to ride or partaking on CBT. He speaks Italian, Spanish and English fluently.

13. Richard 🇬🇧

Richard is a senior qualified motorcycle instructor. Richard has been teaching for decades, and has proudly assisted thousands of cosmopolitan London rider’s in their respective motorcycling journey. He speaks English.

14. Jayesh 🇬🇧 🇮🇳

Jayesh is one of our motorcycle instructors at Universal Motorcycle Training. Having joined the team not too long ago, he has quickly earned a reputation for being calm, caring and attentive. Jayesh takes the time to understand each learner and explains things clearly, helping riders build confidence and safe habits from day one. Originally from Gujarat, India, he has been riding in the UK for many years and brings a genuine understanding of our diverse rider community. Alongside English, he speaks Hindi and Gujarati and can also support learners in Urdu and Punjabi (as well as other regional languages), which is especially helpful for students from India, Pakistan and Bangladesh.

15. Noya 🇬🇧 🇪🇸 🇵🇹

Noya is an avid motorcyclist and very experienced HGV driver. He has plenty of teaching experience and is a very talented motorcycle instructor. Noya is able to bring his extensive road knowledge from a HGV perspective and aggregate to his teachings as a motorcycle instructor. He speaks Spanish, English and Portuguese fluently.

Matthew is an experienced qualified motorcycle instructor who is able to teach at many levels of motorcycling. He speaks English.

Edward is a senior qualified motorcycle motorcycle instructor who is able to teach at all levels of motorcycling including full motorcycle licence licence courses and defensive riding courses. Edward has been teaching for decades, and has proudly assisted thousands of cosmopolitan London rider’s in their respective motorcycling journey. He speaks English.

19. Pierre Knott 🇬🇧

Pierre is an experienced, enthusiastic instructor with a confident, easy way of communicating that helps learners relax from the start. He’s known for being patient and attentive, and for making the Highway Code and safety principles feel simple and practical – especially for riders who arrive nervous or unsure. Pierre breaks skills down step-by-step, gives straightforward feedback, and focuses on building calm, safe riding habits that last beyond the day itself. He teaches in English.

20. Jon 🇬🇧

Jon brings a structured, professional approach shaped by many years of management experience in London’s logistics industry. He is a highly capable motorcycle instructor who runs well-organised sessions, keeps standards high, and takes the time to make sure riders genuinely understand what they’re doing and why. Jon places a strong emphasis on safety, road traffic awareness and good decision-making, and he’s happy to share practical advice on kit and riding set-up as students progress. He teaches in English.

21. Hassan (Ace) 🇬🇧

Hassan – known to many riders as Ace – is a qualified motorcycle instructor with a calm, confidence-building teaching style. He’s especially strong at helping learners who need a little more time or who are returning after a difficult experience elsewhere, keeping the mood relaxed while still maintaining clear standards and safe discipline. Ace explains things in a simple, practical way and gives supportive coaching that helps riders settle quickly and make steady progress. He teaches in English.

22. Gabriel 🇬🇧 🇪🇸 🇵🇹

Gabriel is an experienced rider with a strong background in both touring and everyday urban riding, and he brings real energy to the training environment. As a newly qualified instructor, he is keen, approachable and focused on helping riders understand the fundamentals properly – from slow-speed control and clutch work through to observation and safe road positioning. Gabriel’s style is supportive and learner-friendly, and he can coach in English, Portuguese and Spanish, which helps many students feel more comfortable from day one.

23. Bartlomiej 🇬🇧 🇵🇱

Bartlomiej – known as Bart – is an experienced motorcycle instructor who has delivered everything from beginner sessions through to full licence training for a number of years. He is methodical, encouraging and detail-focused, helping riders improve quickly without feeling rushed. Bart is particularly strong at building confidence for Module 1 and Module 2 work, combining clear guidance with calm, constructive feedback. He teaches in English and Polish, which is a big help for riders who prefer to learn in their first language.

24. Mohamed 🇬🇧

Mohamed Khalil is a newly qualified motorcycle instructor who brings more than three decades of frontline road-policing experience to Universal Motorcycle Training. Having served with the Metropolitan Police and completed a police Response Motorcycle course at Hendon, he has a sharp eye for hazards and a calm, disciplined approach that helps riders build confidence quickly. Mohamed’s coaching style is patient and methodical, with a strong focus on observation, safe road positioning and smooth control at low speed. He speaks English and Hindi.
